Discounts

15% off when you register your child for all 8 weeks - Save $1,260

25% off sibling discount when registering more than one child
*Applicable to (1) camper's tuition - Save $262 per week

10% off when registering for (5) weeks of camp - Save $105 per week

$1,050 Weekly Session

Monday - Friday • 9am - 1pm

Once registration is completed, a welcome email & packet will be sent to the email provided, as well as an invoice for the registered session(s). There is a

50% deposit required to save your child’s spot

Checks can be written out to “Head of Pond Farm” and

mailed to 2085 Bayview Avenue, Southold NY 11971

Remaining 50% due no later than June 1st, 2026

THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE PROGRAM
Due to our limited enrollment, neither refunds nor make-up days can be given for absences, changes of withdrawals from the program. As we understand schedules may change, we require a 50% payment to register your child, with the remaining payment due no later than June 1st, 2026. If you are looking to change or add-on a week of camp, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
