After-School Program

Join Kristin Davey of Peaceful Planet Yoga for Yoga on the Farm! Yogis will be encouraged to use their imaginations through creative and unique yoga style movement.  Yogis will connect with nature and goats while exploring yoga, minduflness and meditation!  Yoga style games, partner poses and group work will incorporate listening skills, co-operation, co-ordination and team building - essential skills for success in school & life! Playful props such as scarves, pom-poms, yoga blocks and peacock feathers are incorporated to explore yoga poses in fun and challenging ways. As the weeks progress we will move into more challenging poses requiring strength, balance, focus & flexibility. Each class ends with relaxation techniques, mindful breathing and mini meditations.
